INDUSTRIAL ROOFTOPS

Invisco’s Tornado hybrid rooftop is ideal for warehouses and gymnasiums and large public restrooms. The Tornado is also ideal for offering natural ventilation – using windows to allow outside air to cool a building when the weather is cooler outside than inside. Below is a detailed report on the LEED5 design done by Affiliated Engineers for the University of Washington in Seattle.

Affiliated Engineers (AEI) is one of the many MEP contractors in America. Others include EEA, MEP Engineering, Halff, Plummer, WGI, Conley, Bury, HDR, Sundt and STV.

GYMNASIUM

As an example, the Los Angeles suburb, Studio City, had a new gymnasium designed by James Shwe of MarokoShwe.com and James used 8 Invisco Tornado rooftops to ensure the best ventilation possible. You can see his design here https://inviscoinc.com/industrial-rooftops/studio-city-design-history/

WAREHOUSE

Invisco has two products for warehouses –

  1. The Tornado hybrid rooftop that pulls more air at lower power than any other rooftop made in America. See it here https://inviscoinc.com/industrial-rooftops/invisco-industrial/
  2. The Tornado Fire rooftop – designed to run longer and cost less than any other fire rated rooftop. See it here –
