Kurt Shafer here, to introduce you to the most unique candle I have ever seen in my 81 years on this planet.

1-29-26 Here to update work on my VDay candle. I got wood letters from Michael’s and glued them to a backboard.. Then painted them with a stunning fluorescent pink. Here are some pictures of the process.

Here is the process of mounting the wood letters in anticipation of painting them.

1-25-26 Just adding this new candle I created for Valentines Day. The letters are wood painted pink. This can be put into any container, I used a casserole dish but would prefer a nice wood bowl. The letters are mounted on a wood base and then covered by wax beads. I can send you the kit if you send me $15. The kit is the letters on the wood base and dark green wax and 9 wicks.

Here is a picture of one just made for a party. It is made by using little pellets of wax seen here – white – placed in a wooden bowl and then the surface was styled and 3 wicks pushed into the wax pellets. This kit of wax pellets and wicks is very affordable and lets you create any look for your candle you can imagine!
