This page is built on November 4, 2025 for the purpose of documenting my interaction with Rakuten’s online work that entails simply using a web site that has “tasks” and opening each task and clicking on a button to cause an action to occur. Below are screen shots of most of the training activity I went through. I say most because I did not include shots of conversations that were irrelevant to the job I was being trained to work.

Here i am told about a random 10% task and told to continue to work the 40 tasks.

Here I had related my questionable experience with Warner Brothers and this coach, Scarlett, related that some of her students were also scammed.

Suddenly the account had insufficient funds

Here is what the coach said as an explanation. this is a 10% task versus all others at .5%

so it continued with me asking some questions.

Here is the text that told me I needed a min bal of $101. I did not realize this meant forever…..

38 – This is when I learned I needed to add $30.

28 – I sent in $28 and continued to task 40 and then asked about withdrawing. I went on to take out the $116 without realizing I needed to leave $101 in. I was shocked when I was told I could not continue until the account has $101 in it. All of this is for the purpose of showing that this Rakuten app optimization program is not a scam.
